It’s statistically proven that we’re all too sedentary within the typical office environment. Since March 2020 and Office workers were instructed to work from home due to the Pandemic, it has been estimated that due to the lack of commute the workforce is now sitting for around 3 hours longer each day!
With many people spending longer hours working at their desks, it pays to incorporate some simple self-care techniques to negate the damaging effects of office life.
Movement Foundations has designed trainings which can be delivered over 1 or 2 hours at your place of work, at a convenient time for you, and virtually if need be. We provide a practical training which will influence and inspire your company to improve its environment and culture. This in turn aims to empower individuals to take responsibility for their own wellbeing.
The workshop includes techniques for posture improvement and resets, self-release techniques, breathing exercises, and tips on how to create a work environment (in the office or at home) which supports healthy minds and bodies. We provide teams at work with a dedicated opportunity to focus on wellbeing.

A percentage of each workshop fee goes directly into The Fund, which supports wellbeing education in schools and supports schools in creating more natural learning environments the UK.
