This coaching is not just about your physical body or how 'well' you move it. This holistic approach to your wellbeing integrates, connects and helps you to express your physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of yourself through embodyment in ways that feel good to you. Overcome fears and judgement and become more aware of your body, helping you feel your feelings rather than overthink them. We will troubleshoot how you can overcome the challenges in your life which may well feel overwhelming or difficult. I am here for your accountability and to help you to reconnect with your body sense so that you can follow your intuition and come back into alignment for more growth, self-love and joy in your life.
These sessions create more time for your self-care and personal development, and help you take steps, make decisions and set boundaries for yourself so that you can be fully present in your life. Express yourself with less shame, uncertainty and guilt and live with more ease, love and fulfillment. I fully believe that it is time for more women to support each other with kindness and care, and invite in more harmony of our feminine and masculine energies for your wellbeing, and I'm here for it!
One to one coaching with me can help you overcome painful and restrictive challenges in both your body and your mind. These sessions will be hosted on Zoom and are bespoke to your personal needs. Be supported and give yourself permission to lead the life you dream of. Create your own recipe for more harmony, peace, love and bliss (insert whichever word feels good to you!) and enjoy your unique expession in the world - because you are enough, and only you, can make you happy.

These sessions provide a chance to re-educate, re-connect and re-member your mind and body through breath, mindful movement and compassionate conversation. Think and feel about yourself in different ways as you become more grounded and in tune with your needs. Experience movement and develop a mindset that feels nurturing (maybe even a little bit magical), and with my help make choices which support and empower you.

When you sign up to a regular coaching subscription with me (5 sessions or 10 sessions package) you are welcome to join The Movement Community free for the period of your package. There are two sessions each week during term time.
