To make a booking email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting the date and time of the workshop or class you would like to attend. Emily will then reply with all the details you need to attend as well as account details needed to make the payment for your booking. All workshops must be paid for in advance to secure your place. You have 7 days to make your payment from time of booking (or by the date of workshop if booking within 7 days of date). Places on workshops are limited. If the workshop you would like to attend is already full you will be offered a place on the next available workshop which you may accept if the time and date suits you.
Emily Doe has been teaching Pilates since 2010 and has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge working alongside Osteopaths and other Pilates professionals. Emily is fully insured to teach movement classes and has an up to date certificate for First Aid.

If you do not have a Yoga or Pilates mat to bring along to the workshop, you can always borrow one from us at the studio. We also have a large store of props and other equipment which can provide support and challenge whilst moving, helping to keep the work varied and interesting.
All you need to bring with you is a Yoga or Pilates mat, a small blanket (to use as a head cushion) and a bottle of water to stay hydrated. All other props and equipment will be provided. Please remember to complete the health questionnaire prior to your first Class or Workshop.
