There’s no pressure to try every movement—participate in what feels right for you! There’s no right or wrong way to move during these mindfulness movement meditation sessions; simply do what you can and engage in what you enjoy.
Everyone is welcome to this pilates class online free trial, regardless of fitness level or experience. We create a kind and caring space from the comfort of your own home, where everyone feels connected and truly welcomed.
These regular online classes offer insights into improving your quality of life through movement. They combine Embodied Movement Meditation with simple Pilates and other natural movements.
Led by Emily, these sessions draw inspiration from childlike exploration, fascia-informed research, Pilates, animal movements, meditation, and mBIT coaching. They foster a kind and non-judgmental inner voice, not just during movement sessions, but throughout life.
The classes blend intellectual and intuitive understanding of the body, developed through years of experience as a movement educator. The goal is to create a fun, relaxing atmosphere and a movement practice that enhances your overall body function.
Each session includes somatic techniques to calm and tone your nervous system, footwork to improve balance and reduce fall risks, and functional movements to strengthen and energise your body and spirit.
We focus on gently releasing tightness and unnecessary tension, working towards balance, toning, and strengthening in ways that feel good to you.
The practice is gentle enough for those with injuries. Please remember to complete the Health Questionnaire and Waiver before joining a class.

You can participate in any of the classes listed above, and links will be sent to you via email. If you don’t have access to the links yet, please sign up for a free trial session to save them.
For just £27 per month via direct debit, you’ll gain access to all online classes and an archive of recorded sessions to enjoy at your convenience.
