Pilates and Mindful Movement for Senior Citizens

Class Information

TUESDAYS 1.10pm - 2pm £18 PER BLOCK OF 6 SESSIONS. (T&CS APPLY).

JUST £3 PER CLASS! 

EMERSONS GREEN VILLAGE HALL, BRISTOL. BOOKING RECOMMENDED.

The sessions will guide you through mindful movement exercises 

designed to gently release tightness and tension, and help to strengthen your body. Regular practice will keep you mobile and enhance any other exercise that you already do. 

Focus will be on the feet and strengthening the legs, as well as spinal and shoulder mobility and stability in standing and sitting. 

Anyone can join in, regardless of fitness or experience. 

The classes are designed to be calm and relaxing as well as fun. 

Tailored to accommodate people with injuries or those who use a 

walking aid or mobility scooter.

Please wear clothing that you feel comfortable to move in.
