Movement coaching, one to one, can help you overcome challenges you may be facing. Emily can work with you online or in person. These sessions can be a one off or a regular arrangement, and will give you the time you need for yourself to experience the benefit and value of what Emily calls 'Movement Mindset'.
We will talk lots, understand what may be contributing to your challenges and experiment with what feels good for you as an individual. Feel the benefit of gentle movement, breathing and self release techniques which reduce tightness, tension and pain, enrich your nervous system and work towards supporting and enhancing functional daily activities. For anybody that feels they've become disconnected from their body, these sessions will provide a chance to re-educate and re-connect mind and body through breath and mindful movement. These meetings can help you sense your body in new ways, think about your body in new ways and become more grounded and in tune with your needs. Experience movement that feels good again!
These sessions are not about a set amount of 'exercises' or things we do each time. They will be as individual as you and will focus on what you need in that moment.
