Make a Booking

To make a booking email emily@movementfoundations.co.uk quoting the date and time of the workshop or class you would like to attend. Emily will then reply with all the details you need to attend as well as account details needed to make the payment for your booking. All workshops must be paid for in advance to secure your place. You have 7 days to make your payment from time of booking (or by the date of workshop if booking within 7 days of date). Places on workshops are limited. If the workshop you would like to attend is already full you will be offered a place on the next available workshop which you may accept if the time and date suits you.

Workshop Leader

Emily Doe has been teaching Pilates since 2010 and has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge working alongside Osteopaths and other Pilates professionals. Emily is fully insured to teach movement classes and has an up to date certificate for First Aid.

Next Workshop

The next Movement Foundations workshop will take place at Esher Rugby Club. Numbers are limited to 12 participants. Book early to reserve your place.

Need a Yoga Mat?

If you do not have a Yoga or Pilates mat to bring along to the workshop, you can purchase one from us. We are happy to bring it along for you on the day as long as you let us know and we will charge you an extra £6 when booking your workshop.  

What else do I need to bring?

All you need to bring with you is a Yoga or Pilates mat, a small blanket (to use as a head cushion) and a bottle of water to stay hydrated. All other props and equipment will be provided. Please remember to complete the health questionnaire and email it to us prior to your first Workshop.

Other News...

Movement Foundations is moving to a smaller room during January and February (in anticipation of the colder weather) so that we can heat the room easily making it warm and cosy for our practice.

Emily is also offering a shorter 1 Hour Movement Class to bridge the gap between the longer 2 hour restorative workshops which run every 5 - 6 weeks.
